This site is operated by Gizelle Bunting, Certified New Vehicle Sales Executive at Action Ford Roodepoort. This notice explains how I handle personal information on this page, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). What this site collects

There are no forms on this site and I don't ask you to type in any personal details here. Personal information only reaches me when you choose to contact me, for example by WhatsApp or phone. Then I receive what you send me, such as your name, number and the vehicle you're interested in.

Finance and trade-in links

The Apply for finance and Trade in your car buttons open services run by a third party (cfaobid.co.za). Anything you enter there is handled under that service's own privacy terms, not this page's.

How I use your information

I use what you send me only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, help with finance and trade-in, and follow up on your vehicle purchase. I don't sell your information. With your permission I may share it with the dealership, Ford Credit or banks to process your deal.

Cookies and analytics

This page can use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure visits and the success of my adverts. These cookies only switch on if you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you click "No", none of them load.

A small setting is saved in your browser to remember your cookie choice. It contains no personal information.

Your rights

Under POPIA you can ask what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, and object to direct marketing. Contact me by WhatsApp or phone using the details below. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za.

Retention and security

I keep your information only as long as needed for your enquiry or purchase, or as required by law, and take reasonable steps to keep it safe.
